Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Many of our products are handmade in small batches, and we take care in preparing each order. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing before your order ships.

Warm-Weather Shipping
During warmer months, orders containing heat-sensitive products are shipped Monday through Wednesday only. This helps prevent packages from sitting in hot carrier facilities or trucks over the weekend and gives your goodies the best chance of arriving safely.

Shipping & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Delivery time begins after your order has been processed and shipped and will vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout include estimated processing and transit times but are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
