Because many of our products are handmade and/or personal care items, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for sanitary and safety reasons.

However, we want you to be happy with your order. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.

If there is a problem with your order, please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging, when applicable, so we can assist you quickly.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for items due to personal scent preference, as fragrance is subjective.
