Refund Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging, unworn, unwashed, tags attached, no foul odors, folded nicely within package for return. It must be placed within a sealed plastic bag within the shipping envelope. To clarify it will be in 2 bags. If item is shipped and damaged in transport from not being sealed and shipped properly and initially we can not issue a ship credit and we will send the damaged item back to the shipper.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Goods such as accessories cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds/returns are granted any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and it still must qualify within our return policy. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or PM via FB messenger from our business page to notify you that we have received your returned item. However we do ask that you inquire about your return within the shipping window that the USPS stated to you for a receival date. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to our store or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Do NOT send back an item/s without contacting us first and await approval of return. 

If an item is lost in transit by USPS we are not responsible for their negligence. We reserve the right to deny or issue refunds on such items. If USPS delivers to the incorrect address please file a report with USPS as we will not refund due to their negligence. We can and will provide you additional “tracking” info if requested however please remember you have the same information as we do. The confirmation of shipping information is sent directly to your email once we ship. If you enter the incorrect shipping address upon checkout we will not be held responsible for shipping to the incorrect address you entered, as we ship to the address you provided. This also includes your address on file with PayPal.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again (refunds are ONLY done in exigency circumstances which we will be the deciding factor on.) Shop credit is our policy.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Danielle.senay@gmail.com and send your item to: 9301 NW 20th PL Sunrise, FL 33322. We can not guarantee the same item will be in stock in your size due to high selling turnover. If this is the case you will receive a ship credit. We do not put holds on items. 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Attn - Crazy Orchid Boutique 9301 NW 20th PL Sunrise, FL 33322 it MUST be within 7 days of you receiving the item and in the condition as we instructed above, and shipped properly per our policy.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please adhere from inquiring about an arrival date unless it has been 7 days past USPS’s recommended arrival date.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
